Welcome to Zen Flowers, an application available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV devices, developed by Narcisa Art Studio, LLC. By accessing or using the application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zen Flowers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Free App and In-App Purchase

Zen Flowers is free to download and use. The app offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks lifetime access to all flower arrangement collections for the purchasing account on the platform where it was purchased. By making this purchase, you agree to the following:

• The purchase is processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system (on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV).
• The purchase is non-recurring; there are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
• “Lifetime access” means access for as long as Zen Flowers and the underlying platform service remain available and supported by Narcisa Art Studio, LLC. We do not guarantee perpetual availability of the app or any specific platform.
• Purchases are tied to the Apple ID used to make them and are governed by that platform’s purchase terms. You can typically restore your purchase on a new device using the same account.
• Refunds and billing disputes for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple, not Narcisa Art Studio, LLC, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. License and App Usage

Narcisa Art Studio, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zen Flowers for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Modify, distribute, or copy app content.
• Use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app’s source code, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All images, graphics, text, and other materials in Zen Flowers are the property of Narcisa Art Studio, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable experience, but Zen Flowers may experience temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any service disruptions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zen Flowers is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• That the content provided is accurate or reliable.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narcisa Art Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Zen Flowers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
