Welcome to Zen Flowers, an application available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV devices, developed by Narcisa Art Studio, LLC. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains what information the app handles and how.

1. Information We Collect

Zen Flowers does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or contact information inside the app. The only data the app or its service providers process is described below.

1.1 Crash and Error Diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics)

Zen Flowers uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to help us detect and fix bugs. When the app encounters an error or crash, Crashlytics may automatically collect:

• A Crashlytics-generated installation identifier (a random ID, not tied to your name or email).
• Device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version.
• Crash stack traces, error logs, and the state of the app at the time of the issue.
• Approximate timestamps of when the issue occurred.

1.2 Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect names, emails, or contact information through the app.
• We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising.

1.3 Information Apple May Collect

When you download Zen Flowers or make the in-app purchase, Apple may collect:

• Purchase history related to your transaction.
• Transaction data used to verify your purchase and entitlement.
• Device and account information as described in Apple’s privacy policy.

2. How We Use Information

• To diagnose crashes and improve the stability and performance of the app (via Firebase Crashlytics).
• To verify the optional one-time purchase and grant lifetime access to all flower arrangement collections (via Apple).
• To restore your purchase when you reinstall the app or use a new device with the same Apple ID.

We do not use this information to build user profiles, run advertising, or contact you.

3. In-App Purchase & Payment Handling

Zen Flowers is free to download and offers a one-time, non-recurring in-app purchase that unlocks lifetime access to all flower arrangement collections:

• The purchase is billed through your Apple ID (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV).
• There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
• Manage purchase history in your Apple ID purchase history.
• All payment processing and refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Data Security and Retention

We do not store user-identifying personal data on our own systems. Crash diagnostics data is retained by Google according to Firebase Crashlytics defaults (typically up to 90 days for crash data). Purchase records are retained by Apple under their applicable terms. We use industry-standard service providers and reasonable safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom (GDPR/UK GDPR), or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have rights regarding personal information about you, including the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal data we (or our processors) hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request information on how your data is processed.

Because Zen Flowers does not collect names or contact details, our ability to identify a specific user is limited. To make a request related to crash diagnostics, contact us at privacy@narcisaartstudio.com and provide enough detail (such as the approximate device, app version, and dates) to help us locate any related records. For purchase or account data held by Apple, please contact those platforms directly.

California residents: We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

6. Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following third-party service:

• Google Firebase Crashlytics — for crash and error reporting (see Firebase Privacy).

If you visit our website, your interaction with the website is governed by standard web technologies (such as fonts and CSS hosted on third-party CDNs). The website does not require an account to browse.

7. Children's Privacy

Zen Flowers is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age required by local law, such as 16 in some EEA countries). If you believe a child has provided us with such information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
