Welcome to Ikebana Reflections, an Apple TV application developed by Narcisa Art Studio, LLC. By accessing or using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ikebana Reflections, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Subscription and Payment

Ikebana Reflections offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are **billed through your Apple ID account**.
• Subscriptions **automatically renew** unless canceled at least **24 hours before the renewal date**.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via **Apple ID settings** (Manage Subscriptions).
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled by **Apple, not Narcisa Art Studio, LLC**.

3. License and App Usage

Narcisa Art Studio, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ikebana Reflections for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Modify, distribute, or copy app content.
• Use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app’s source code.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All images, graphics, text, and other materials in Ikebana Reflections are the property of Narcisa Art Studio, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable experience, but Ikebana Reflections may experience temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any service disruptions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ikebana Reflections is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• That the content provided is accurate or reliable.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narcisa Art Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Ikebana Reflections.
