O ver the past year, I’ve been sharing more and more ikebana arrangements in the studio, here with you, and through a small app I created.
Something interesting kept happening.
People would pause, look at the flowers, and connect with them right away… but the word Ikebana itself often felt unfamiliar. It needed a bit of explanation before the experience could begin.
And I realized something simple.
The work doesn’t need explaining first. It can just be felt.
The app is now called Zen Flowers
So I made a small change.
The app is now called Zen Flowers.
Nothing else about its spirit has changed. It’s still a quiet space, filled with over 400 arrangements, where you can slow down, explore, and spend a few calm moments with flowers.
Just… a little easier to step into.
“The flower arrangements are so beautiful and this app makes for a really lovely and relaxing floral display. It’s great on Apple TV, but I really like using the slideshows on my iPad too.”
That made me smile. It felt exactly right.
If you’d like to take a look, it’s available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.
Thank you, as always, for being part of this small, flower-filled corner.
